You will support our journey towards advanced analytics by employing your data & modeling skills for our specific use cases. You will analyze and cleanse large datasets with the goal to bring business impact by converting data into business insights, predictions, and visualizations. You will be involved in end-to-end projects, from ideation, development, and deployment of models across Supply Chain departments. As Business Analyst you will drive the Business Intelligence (BI) agenda in our business, which includes: Controlling and following up on performance Reporting to management Building data models Partnering with departments to develop and drive solutions In this role, you will get a deep understanding of supply chain, interact directly with senior stakeholders across Novo Nordisk, participate in selected management fora, and get insights into the project priorities in the organisation. Qualifications You have a master’s degree in e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar with excellent results and a natural flair for data. Your qualifications include: Master in a relevant field combined with 1-3 years of experience preferably within BI Proven record for generating insights from data Comfortable manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources Experience with tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI, is an advantage Experience with any tool/languages such as Alteryx, R, SQL, or Python and the ability to transfer that knowledge to other tools is preferred Experience with automation tools such as the Microsoft Power Platform or similar is an advantage Preferably, experience in working within an Agile/SAFe framework As a person, you are: Comfortable with taking initiative proactively and have a strong personal drive and dedication Curious about the processes and people you work with, and have a burning desire to learn new things A team player within a diverse group of colleagues with a good sense of humour and great interpersonal skills As we are a global company and an international team, fluency in both spoken and written English is required. About the department You will be a part of Supply Change & Finance, which is the organisation responsible for Supply Chain across Product Supply. The position is anchored in the department Supply Chain, Mid-Term Planning, whose key mission is supply chain planning within a 6 months to 3 years horizon across Product Supply. You will join a diverse and international team consisting of 35 colleagues with different backgrounds and expertise areas, but a shared passion for supply chain & digital transformation.
