API QA is looking for a talented candidate to fulfil the position as Personal Assistant for the Corporate Vice President (CVP) in API QA. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of service, communication, and coordination skills, and the ability to coordinate various tasks, activities, and events in a self-driven way and a professional manner. The area has departments in both DK and US. The job is in Kalundborg with the flexibility to work from home or Bagsværd from time to time. The job
You will work closely together with the CVP, the HR Business partner, the assistant groups in both API QA, NNQ and PS API. You will be part of the management team and will be working at a strategic level with the ability to navigate in the organisation at all levels. You will primarily support the CVP with the execution of her management tasks. This includes preparation of presentation material, coordination activities, and a wide range of PA tasks such as managing the CVP calendar, planning of management meetings and seminars, meetings and events for the area, and many day-to-day tasks. Further, you will be responsible for the assistant group network in API QA and ensure alignment of various administrative strategictasks across the area. The position offers great opportunities for utilizing your personal skills and experiences for personal and professional development. You will be quite visible in the organisation and in an executive environment where your competencies are highly appreciated. Qualifications
  • You have solid presentation and communication skills
  • You are an experienced user of MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities.
  • You have a high social intelligence and are good at stakeholder management
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
  • You most likely have a solid experience as personal or executive assistant and preferably a bachelor’s degree in administration, communication or similar. You have solid skills in driving administrative processes and organising tasks. You must be able to prioritise own tasks, work independently and be forward-looking. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in an ever-changing environment and you can take high level independent decisions and set direction. As a person you are reliable, loyal, and service-minded. You have a positive can-do attitude and can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You have a natural ability to establish good working relations across the organisation and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise. About the area
    API QA is an area with a total of 200+ employees and growing. API QA consists of four operational departments, a business support department, and a management department. The area of responsibility is to quality assure and release the produced by the PS API facilities in DK and the US.
