Personal Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Business Finance
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Business Finance. If you have unsurpassed coordination skills, energy and drive and you are ready to decide on priorities in a fast-paced environment, you may be the person we are looking for.The positionAs Personal Assistant to the SVP you are offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment. Your key area of responsibility will be to proactively handle a complex calendar and provide administrative support to the SVP and management team. The position offers the opportunity to drive cross-functional projects within Business Finance and across the EVP area, Finance, Legal & Global Solutions.
Another unique part of the job is to support the Global Finance Graduate Programme Manager. This area of responsibility includes administrative support within recruitment, onboarding and talent management.
QualificationsYour CV mirrors experience from a similar role. You have solid skills in driving administrative processes and being able to grasp the big picture yet track operational detail and overview. The position requires that you can adapt quickly to meet the needs of the organisation with an open mindset, assist colleagues and show willingness to take lead on tasks. You have a positive mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
You are a diplomatic and calm character, and you possess good judgement with a very high level of integrity and professionalism. Excellent stakeholder management skills are a key requirement. You must be an excellent communicator in English.
About the departmentBusiness Finance is responsible for the financial management of Novo Nordisk with a close link to the business worldwide. We act as business partners based on strong financial competencies combined with a good understanding of the business in which we operate. You will be part of a young and dynamic area consisting of 70 employees in Denmark as well as 450 employees in GBS in Bangalore.
