The Position As a Senior Project Associate, you will play an important role in delivering digital development projects for Global People and Organisation (P&O). You will be working in teams of 1-20 people, often with different competencies, including close collaboration with our IT organisation. Improving the experience of HR services is an important strategic focus area for our projects, and you will be a strong driver in succeeding with this agenda. Your main tasks will include: Working on digital improvement projects to develop Novo Nordisk’s global P&O services Supporting the progress of projects (e.g. managing timelines, input providers, delivering material) and delivering content to solve problems (e.g. various types of analyses, depending on the challenge at hand) Supporting your project managers to communicate findings to senior stakeholders Contributing to creating an engaging environment for both project members and the wider organisation that you will interact with Close collaboration with our IT colleagues (e.g. architects and developers), who will provide some of the technical capabilities required for success The role will also include general support to develop the newly established CVP area “P&O Digital Development & Analytics”. The position offers a clear opportunity for you to continue your individual development, with the opportunity of progressing to a Project Manager position in future. You will be part of a team that includes project managers/senior project managers, who will also play a role in your development Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A degree in economics, business administration, engineering, science, medical, or the like with excellent results 2+ years of full-time work experience, ideally with some project experience Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to drive change at all levels of the organisation The ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing) Proven to be ambitious, challenge-seeking and result-oriented Experience (part/full time) from Human Resources roles or a pharmaceutical company is highly regarded but not a prerequisite for this position. Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must-have, any other language is a bonus As a person you thrive on ambitious targets and are not afraid to challenge and be challenged. You can think strategically, are comfortable with uncertainty, and can play a part in navigating to results. About the Department P&O Digital Development and Analytics are responsible for driving the digital agenda for People and Organisation (HR) across Novo Nordisk.
