If so, apply today as you might be the Innovation Track Consultant we are looking for to join our Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing & Devices (CSD) department! The position As Innovation Track Consultant, you will drive digital transformation across our organisation in close collaboration with the Innovation track Lead and the Digital Transformation Partner in CSD. The digital agendas that you will be driving cover two innovation tracks focusing on respectively optimisation of the batch release process and the quality control processes. Your main tasks include: Facilitating and driving strategic digitalisation projects supporting optimization of quality control processes Identifying challenges and opportunities for the organisation to scope and drive strategic initiatives and projects Managing key stakeholders across the organisation to drive initiatives forward with the necessary input and ensure alignment where needed Supporting development and execution of site plans for implementation of digital and process standards Following up on commitments and priorities, as well as reporting on progress Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you: Hold a master’s degree in Business administration, Information Technology, Engineering or any other relevant field Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working within IT or digitalisation on process optimisation, continuous improvement, and/or change management projects Possess excellent stakeholder and communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate at all organisational levels as well as to drive change Have strong analytical skills and an ability to distillate insights from a large amount of information Exhibit fluency in both spoken and written English It would be considered as an advantage if you speak Danish and have previously worked with Quality Control (QC). As a person, you possess an independent drive and have a can-do mindset. Your sharp and strategic mind allow you to take a big-picture overview. You will be comfortable providing recommendations despite uncertainty and pressure, and able to handle and simplify complexity. You bring people together to shape strategies and solutions. Furthermore, you have proven strong interpersonal skills and have a structured and transparent way of working. And last, but not least, you are really excited about joining our journey of transforming our business through digitalization. About the department Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing & Devices is an area with more than 3,000 employees spanning Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Iran and Russia. CSD is responsible for device, needle, contract and local manufacturing, as well as sourcing across Product Supply. This covers a wide range of functions such as bringing new devices from Research & Development into production, manufacturing and sourcing of device components and needles, managing a large number of Contract Manufacturing Organisations. You will join CSD Business Support in the CSD IT & Digital Department, which works to set direction and strategically develop IT and digital use across the area.
