Your position
As our new Office Assistant Trainee at Semco Maritime, you will join our Corporate Finance Team where we are globally responsible for reporting, annual accounts, transfer pricing, tax returns, compliance and much more.
We welcome trainees and adult trainees for this position, the most important thing for us is that you are passionate about your work, and you thrive in an international environment where we work to create results as a team.

Your tasks & responsibilities
You will have a mixed bag of tasks, though most will be varying accounting tasks. You will be able to take on a lot of exciting challenges and have plenty of development and learning opportunities with us.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
  • Reconciliation of balance accounts
  • Invoice processing
  • Travel expenses
  • Handling debtor and creditors
  • Daily and ad-hoc accounting tasks

Your profile & qualifications
As a person we expect that you are proactive in your approach to your work, and you have a systematic and detailed mindset. It is important that you possess a good drive and a positive attitude, even under pressure.
You are a team-player but also enjoy working independently and managing your own workday.

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have the following qualifications:
  • Experience in using IT in your work
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good skills in Danish and English verbally and written
  • Currently or soon-to-be undergoing the Office Assistant Education, preferably with the Economics, Administration or Accounting specialisation
