Typical Tasks: Management support to Head of Departments, e.g. participation in coordination and operations meetings. Ordering of IT equipment for new and existing employees Assist with Onboarding of new employees Coordination of technical excursions Coordination of department events and anniversaries Ad hoc tasks for the department PMs and projects Booking of conference rooms and catering, Assist with booking of travel arrangements Coordination of department and project events Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for e.g. department meetings, audits, Employee Satisfaction & Engagement Survey, etc. Assistance to staff with Ramboll Finance software (Basware, Rydoo support and Pay role) and MS Word template software Coordination and minuting of non-project-related meetings and workshops Coordination of Project Satisfaction Surveys Secretarial work Cover for other secretaries duringvacation/illness/other absence Welcome to our Energy division Ramboll is at the forefront of addressing the green transition and offers a holistic approach to energy that supports the sector on the journey towards more sustainable solutions.
