The position

As Project Manager you will play a major role in starting up and driving projects to support our business strategy. You will lead a variety of projects from optimization initiatives in a team to more complex tasks within our department or across departments.

Your main tasks will be to ensure successful execution and benefit realisation of department initiatives together with our engaged and skilled professionals and laboratory technicians. You will work close together with the management group defining and deploying our strategy making it a reality through our projects.
You will work with a broad portfolio of projects such as:

  • Implementing equipment and robots
  • Office/laboratories rebuilding
  • Coordinating process- and organisational optimizations

You will be a part of BRD QC Microbiology which is made up by three operational teams and a stability team working closely together. All in all, you will have about 67 colleagues, being academics, lab technicians and managers. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A relevant academic degree within life-science or similar.
  • Experience within operations in the pharmaceutical industry or GMP laboratories.
  • Experience within Project Management and a proven track record of delivering projects.
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in Danish & English.

About the department

Our team is part of the BRD Quality Control area that is based in Gentofte, Hilleroed and Kalundborg. Here we are app. 270 colleagues who support the biotech production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analysis of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is in high quality and ready for release to patients. We bring value to patients by delivering timely and reliable results that keeps production in control. We drive change by always looking for improvements and innovation within our processes - testing and implementing 4.0 technology to make the process even smoother and faster for the benefit of the patients.
