The job
As Project Manager in our area, you will be running projects and performing analysis/business cases as well as ensuring initiatives and communication related to quality in affiliates. The projects are very diverse spanning from resolving issues related to training and alignment, optimisation of distribution practices, simplification and digitalisation projects in various processes and organisational change projects. It is also expected that you can develop communication materials, drive change management, and ensure knowledge sharing globally.
The job offers an opportunity for you to continue your individual development and stay updated within relevant authority demands and trends and you can expect to build an extensive internal network. Operations Quality Consulting & Projects (OQCP) is part of Operations & Staffs Quality (OSQ) in Novo Nordisk Quality. OSQ support affiliates globally and are responsible for overseeing quality compliance in affiliates worldwide. OQCP also includes a hub in Global Business Services (GBS) in India with 7 Professionals and a Team Leader. The teams are diverse on many levels; backgrounds, knowledge, education, nationality, and competences, which is crucial and mirrors our need and ability to understand and enable our colleagues worldwide. Your Qualifications
- You hold a master’s degree in relevant field e.g., business or economics with relevant business experience in Project management or management consultancy.
- Preferably you are certified in either PMP, Prince2, or other project management related certifications or Quality (Six sigma or equivalent) certifications.
- You should have 3+ years of relevant experience in an international company setting. It is a clear advantage if you are recognized for your expertise within quality processes in pharma.

- interacting with stakeholders from different cultures and organisational levels and have competencies in presenting messages at all levels in the organisation, strong planning, and analytical skills.

You enjoy leading projects and take up responsibility as well as being able to succeed when working both within a team and independently.
- Finally, you are fluent in English speaking and writing.
