The position

In Biotech&Rare Disease (BRD) QC Hillerød, BRD's newest products are analyzed as our core task. The department is located in Hillerød and delivers analysis results that are used in connection with the release of products for clinical studies, stability studies, and development trials.

We also work continuously with systematic problem-solving to optimize our analysis methods before the products are registered for the market, we work with digitization to be able to work as a paperless laboratory and with automation and implementation of robots.

Some of your daily tasks will be:

  • Practical office tasks, incl. archiving tasks, and preparation of data reports
  • Protocol database entries and preparation of the laboratory for analysis work
  • Data collection for performance and quality management, and maintenance of team planning boards
  • Contribute to the preparation of business cases on improvement opportunities, cleaning of glass equipment, and production of labels
  • Participate in the digitization of workflows via LIMS and ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

You should be above 18 years of age and be in the process of your IT or natural science university education.

  • Keen to work in a GMP company with the ability to speak and write Danish and understands written English
  • Efficient and taking pride in completing your tasks by agreed deadlines
  • Responsible and flexible, with the ability to prioritize your time and tasks
  • Strive to solve your tasks in a structured, independent, and efficient manner
  • Good at collaborating in teams, with a flair for the use of IT systems, including Office

Have the resources to work an average of 8 hours/week alongside your studies.

About the department

You will be part of a committed and informal department where we help each other, even when we are busy. We have a high professional level and a shared understanding of the quality of the tasks that we have to solve together.

Biotech&Rare disease (BRD) is organizationally located in Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14.000 of Novo Nordisk’s more than 43.000 employees. In BRD QC, we are steadily growing and at present, we are approximately 3000 committed colleagues. We have great ambitions for the future, and we are working hard to get our new product successfully distributed to the market.

The BRD QC area consists of 300 dedicated colleagues in 5 departments.
