We are looking for a management assistant to join Fill & Finish Expansions. About the area
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT), which globally employ approximately 25,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 55,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world. The job As Management Assistant in Fill & Finish Expansions you are offered a challenging position in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your main area of responsibilities will be administrative support to one of our Corporate Vice Presidents. You will be anchored in Executive Office in Fill & Finish Expansions and be part of a team of other management assistants with whom you will also drive cross area activities. The position is located in Lyngby. You will play an important role in building up the department with regards to practicalities, culture and atmosphere. You will be involved in many different tasks to support a well driven office, which includes coordination and planning of management meetings, events and travel activities, purchasing of goods and services, onboarding of new employees and ad hoc support to internal communication tasks via PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint sites etc. You can anticipate varied workdays with changing priorities depending on the tasks at hand. We are looking for an employee with solid experience from a similar role, who is proactive, open-minded and a dedicated team player with the ability and wish to take on new responsibilities. You are able to work independently, have a well-structured approach to tasks and if you see an opportunity for optimisation, you are not afraid to speak up and thrive driving processes. Besides that, we would hope for you to bring: A service-minded attitude and a resumé mirroring great stakeholder management skills The ability to juggle many different tasks at the same time while maintaining the overview Strong IT skills and interest (MS Office 365, incl. Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams) Experience from pharma production is a plus, but not a requirement High proficiency in both written and spoken English Working at Novo Nordisk At Novo Nordisk, we do not wait for change.
