Do you enjoy servicing a strong management team and helping to develop the department and being a key person in the department? Do you want to become part of a department that makes a difference to millions of patients worldwide? Then here is an exciting opportunity. The job:
You will become an important part of the management team in the department and must work together with both internal and external stakeholders. You must support the management team with a wide range of tasks, including participating in management meetings, ensuring planning of management activities, support regarding recruitment, contributing to the strategy for the department and supporting the department manager.
In addition to this, you will be part of the area's administrative network, where you will get professional sparring and help with cross-cutting tasks such as planning World Diabetes Day, Christmas lunch and other major joint events.
In addition, you will have to take care of the following:
• Help develop the communication platforms in the department
• Responsible for following up on the department's budgets
• Support the department's employees in relation to IT systems, administrative issues and be the employees' go-to person.
• Support regarding the onboarding of new employees in the area. Qualifications:
• You have an administrative or higher education with at least 2 years' experience from a similar position
• You have good communication skills in both writing and speaking.
• You have good skills within MS office, learn new IT systems easily. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• You are systematic and proactive in your work and thrive on a varied working day.
• You are good at building relationships across the organisation
• You have a good feeling for optimizing the systems and processes around you. About the department
IFP Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area in Diabetes Finished Products with approx. 1100 employees. You will be part of our assembly department, where millions of FlexPen® and FlexTouch® pens are handled for patients worldwide from our three production lines. The department consists of approx. 130 dedicated employees. We focus on optimizing our processes in order to use cLEAN® and modern technology
