The position As Department Assistant you will be part of the administrative team responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up on a wide range of administrative tasks and processes across the area, in close cooperation with our other Department Assistant and our Principal VP Assistant. Your main tasks will be:
  • Plan, coordinate and schedule various department and team meetings, events and ad hoc gatherings.
  • Support management with budgeting, monthly follow-up and accounting, proactively supporting with tasks involved in the finance annual wheel
  • Ensure systems and documentations are always up to date and ready for inspections.
  • Plan and prepare onboarding for new employees.
  • Perform procurement and support with contracting
  • Furthermore, you will be a go-to person across the department on a variety of supporting and cross-functional tasks. You can anticipate varied workdays with changing priorities depending on the tasks at hand and based on your competencies and experience, you will also support with other activities across the area. Qualifications In order to qualify for this position, we imagine that you have:
  • 3+ years’ experience from a similar administrative role.
  • Flair for numbers and experience with driving budget processes including forecasting and follow-up.
  • Great IT skills and extensive knowledge of SAP, Coupa and SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  • Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry or other GMP regulated areas is an advantage.
  • Excellent skills in both written and spoken English, Danish is considered an advantage.
  • As a person you have a can-do attitude and possess the ability and willingness to adapt to changes in a busy schedule. About the department The VP area Packaging & Verification Development (PVD) is part of Devices & Delivery Solutions and is located in Hillerød. Our VP area consists of five departments with very diverse functions ranging from test lab and design verification, material science and sustainability, primary and secondary packaging development to technical writing. Our new Department Assistant will support all departments across the area. The position will reside in our Primary Packaging department with reference to the Senior Manager.
