Robotic engineer Are you passionate about robotics and have experience in designing, developing, and testing robotic solutions for the pharmaceutical industry? The position As a robot engineer, you will have a variety of responsibilities that will help drive the success of our company's robotic solutions in the pharmaceutical industry. These responsibilities include:
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of customers' needs and requirements for robotic solutions in the pharmaceutical industry, to develop the most effective and efficient solutions.
  • Designing and simulating robot concepts and prototypes that meet GMP rules and standards, ensuring that all designs are fully compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Implementing and testing robot software and hardware to ensure quality, traceability, and safety in drug manufacturing, along with developing and executing rigorous test protocols and procedures to ensure that all systems meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
  • Collaborating with other engineers and professionals across disciplines to ensure that all robotic solutions are fully integrated with other systems and processes and are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documenting and presenting robotic solutions for customers and stakeholders, including developing detailed technical reports, presentations, and other materials that clearly communicate the benefits and advantages of our robotic solutions to a wide range of internal and external audiences.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have experience working with robotics in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar industry.
  • Possess the ability to develop automation solutions for implementation, including Robotics, vision, Automation algorithms, and the use of Machine Learning/AI, mainly using Python as the primary programming language, but also including C++ or other relevant languages.
  • Have experience working with GMP rules and standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a creative and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in Danish is considered a plus but not required. In addition to strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team, candidates for this position should also possess excellent time-management skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to think critically, and have a strong desire to learn and grow within the company. Finally, candidates should possess strong leadership skills, be able to take initiative, and be comfortable working under pressure to meet strict deadlines. The department Our team is part of the BRD Finished Products Gentofte and Vaarloese area that is the production site situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 725 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities.
