Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The position In this position, you will be part of the DMD Assembly Department supporting six teams and the management group. Your responsibilities will be a combination of providing dedicated support to the management team general administrative tasks across the area. Your main tasks will be: • Coordination of management activities, calendar and seminar and workshop planning.
• Supporting the managers with the hiring and onboarding process.
• Supporting across the whole area with e.g., purchasing, booking events.
• Supporting the department’s employees in relation to IT systems, administrative issues and be the employees’ go-to person.
• Provide general administrative support to the department and management group. Your ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and look ahead will ensure that you are always prepared for what's next. You will help in maintaining streamlined and standardized administrative processes across the organization. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have: • Strong IT skills, competences and interest (MS Office 365, incl. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excell, Word, Sharepoint)
• Relevant experience from a role within administration or other similar positions.
• Ability to building relationships across the organization.
• Capacity to understand and ensure compliance to the company instructions related to your administrative and management work.
• Good communication skills high proficiency in both written and spoken English.

As a person you can prioritize your time and work with changing priorities in a dynamic and growing area. You thrive on working under tight deadlines and as part of a dynamic team. The Assembly department is one of core departments in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) and consists of five teams and 90 employees. We are specialized in developing manufacturing processes to produce medical devices, as well as process validation, regulatory submission and program and project management. We have a diverse project portfolio and are constantly seeking new solutions and emerging technologies. We are growing rapidly to support a growing Novo Nordisk, so we are continuously welcoming and onboarding new employees together with the rest of Device Manufacturing Development, so you can expect a dynamic environment where there is room for new ideas and experience in combination.
