Are you ready for an exciting and challenging Strategic Business Partner role? Then you could be our new Strategic Business Partner in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Executive Office, part of IFP Business Development & Support. The Position As Strategic Business Partner in IFP Business Development & Support (BD&S) you will work closely with the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and the Management Team in driving key strategic initiatives in the Injectable Finished Products (IFP) BD&S unit. In close collaboration with the Management team, you will lead the strategic processes and initiatives, including the focus on capabilities needed to succeed and deployment of our efforts. Further, you will be part of cross-organizational projects in the BD&S area in addition to leading the strategic process and initiatives within our global Business Support Network. Your key responsibilities will include: Be part of the IFP BD&S Management Team, running the annual strategy process for the unit and working closely with the CVP and HR Business Partner on strategic topics for the unit Responsible for running the global IFP Business Support Network (BSN) meetings, including leading the strategic process and initiatives within the network. Communication Partner to IFP BD&S, ensuring clear communication setting the shared direction across BD&S in a meaningful and engaging way. This will require different means of communication and platforms. Supporting the IFP Strategy Partner running the annual IFP Strategy process for the entire IFP division Supporting the CVP for IFP BD&S and IFP Executive Office with ad hoc tasks and projects Our focus is to be a Growth House; hence our ambition is to welcome a highly talented individual who sees this position as an opportunity to both have a strong business impact, being on a steep learning curve and develop further into a successful global career. The candidate will be working out of our HQ in Bagsværd, with a direct reporting line to the Director of IFP Executive Office. In your daily work, you will build significant industry knowledge within the pharma sector and be exposed to senior management and a broad range of stakeholders. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: An academic degree within a relevant field e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar combined with excellent communication, facilitation, and visualization skills At least 2 years of experience with a strong toolbox from either management consulting, a similar recognized in-house strategy/PM office, business development or graduate program. Proficiency in MS Office Tools; good understanding of AI-related tools (e.g., ChatGPT, M365 Copilot) and how they can be used to optimize processes and day-to-day tasks would be an advantage. Experience with senior stakeholder interaction and ability to transform input and opportunities into concrete actions. Professional proficiency in oral and written English. As a person, you have great interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset . Y our problem-solving approach allows you to drive the change and improve processes. You understand the importance of clear communication, especially when engaging with various stakeholders. You enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment and ideally, you have experience from working in a global environment. About the department IFP Executive Office is a part of IFP Business Development and Support located in the Bagsværd HQ - an international and high-performing area consisting of +50 people from approx. 18 different countries. The IFP Executive Office is responsible for driving the IFP strategy process and development, communication, strategic projects and executive support to the Senior Management Team in IFP.
