The Position: As a Personal Assistant to a CVP, you will support with communication, administrative, financial, and practical tasks. 2 of the areas are newly established, and you will play a key role in building the culture and determining our ways of working. Additionally, you will chair a team of assistants and participate in the CVP assistant group within Global Trial Portfolio. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Preparing budgets incl. FTE overviews, monthly follow-ups, and quarterly adjustments Preparing and reviewing documents, including presentations, reports, and correspondence Acting as a business sparring partner in ensuring effective business processes and execution of management meetings, including documentation of meetings Managing the CVP's calendar, including scheduling appointments and arranging meetings Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion Acting as a liaison between the CVP and stakeholders as needed Maintaining and updating websites, e-mail lists, and organizational charts Performing ad hoc administrative tasks You will report directly to the CVP and be part of the Leadership team. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably working with senior leaders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and preferably also in SAP. High level of discretion and confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
