Key responsibilities
You are a person who takes ownership of the end task and sees it through to completion. You will have outstanding administrative and organization skills with an eye for detail and ability to prioritize!
You are a natural organizer who manages time effectively and is capable of managing of busy calendars/ schedules for senior leaders whilst understanding the needs of prioritization and being able to facilitate and accommodate changes to align.
Your co-ordination skills/ experience is all encompassing from organizing complex travel logistics to team events like functions and town halls.
You are a communicator, collaborator and problem solver. You are comfortable managing distribution lists and coordinating team-wide communications and producing written communications on behalf of the Executive. Of course you are also proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word and all activities within Microsoft Office.
Additionally you will pro-actively prepare online or offline/printed coordination of board documentation, monthly, quarterly and yearly materials, management proposals, memos for presentation and review to the Executive.
You will be regularly working with confidential information so it is also important at all times to be able to maintain a high level of discretion.
Your stakeholder management skills allow you to establish and maintain highly effective working relationships in terms of presentation, hosting, preparation with senior management, and other appointed officials, business leaders, board members, and others encountered in the course of work.
We are looking for
• Preferred Personal/ Executive Assistant experience in an international environment
• Proven communication skills in English including strong typing and proofreading skills with ability to produce typed documents quickly and accurately in all Microsoft Office programs – and One Note
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, maintains integrity and embodies a positive attitude;
• Works independently in setting priorities, excels in time management and is able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-pressure environment
• Ability to anticipate and take initiative to manage or collaborate in budget oversight and event coordination;
