The Positions
We are looking for a new Department Assistant to support our Business Support department as well as our HR department (People & Organisation). You will work with a diverse set of tasks ranging from administrative tasks to independent coordination and follow-up.

This is a relatively new position so the exact content of the job will be formed by your specific skills and interest.

We imagine that your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Director in calendar management, meeting preparation etc.
• Supporting the Director and Team leaders in HR activities such as: recruitment activities, onboarding of new employees, people administration, coordinating training etc.
• Updating department SharePoint sites, Teams-sites, Outlook groups and other IT-related activities
• Acting as superuser of various IT systems used by Novo Nordisk
• Ad hoc administrative tasks such as meeting and seminar planning, taking minutes, travel booking, expenses, limited budgeting etc.

We offer a position where two days are not alike. You will have frequent interactions with the other assistants throughout the organisation and you will be a member of the newly established NNPR Administrative Group, headed up by the Personal Assistant to our CEO.

Qualifications
For you to best succeed in this position, you must have at least some years of administrative experience - preferably from a similar role.

Furthermore, you:

• Can navigate Office 365 effortlessly
• Can handle administrative processes and organise tasks
• Communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English
• Are located in Denmark

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have any of the following qualifications:

• Good with numbers and experience with financial controlling
• Experience with HR-administration
• Experience with communication tasks
• Know your way around any of the following IT systems: Concur, Novo access, Success Factor, Coupa or SharePoint
• Proficiency in verbal and written Danish

As a person, you love to help others and continuously learn new things. You see yourself as proactive and offering you help where it is needed comes natural to you. And lastly, you can work on different assignments simultaneously and prioritise and deliver tasks on time.
