Then you might be the new Supply Chain Coordinator, we are looking for to join our team in Business Support Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) Kalundborg. The position
The position as Supply Chain Coordinator is new. You will therefore have a great opportunity to participate in creating the position and the way the tasks are done and how the results are delivered.
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you are responsible for obtaining relevant information about our production and deliveries and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are fully informed about the situation. You calculate deviations from normal flow, identify constraints and warn about back locks in the processes. You keep your stakeholders close and uses your good communication skills to explain “the state of the nation” in a well-documented and precise manner. Your primary tasks will be:
• Manage the flow of products through the supply chain from production to end user.
• Prepare analyses of product flow, delivery performance, bottle necks and back locks.
• Manage the internal communication regarding product release and deliveries with all stakeholders in the supply chain.
• Take lead on projects and meetings concerning the flow of products.
• Respond to inquiries from stakeholders such as Release team, Logistics, Warehouse team and others who depend on information for their own planning and coordination. Qualifications
To be successful in the job, you have:
• An academic degree in production planning, supply chain, engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience from a similar position and preferably from larger industrial companies.
• Are a capable user of ERP-systems (e.g., SAP), data modelling tools, and you master the MS Office tools.
• Possess a strong analytical mindset, and excellent data management skills to make relevant data driven decisions.
• Proficiency at a business level in both spoken and written English. Danish will be a plus.
• Interest in operational optimization and passionate about creating an efficient flow. As a professional you have a natural drive and commitment, and that you are focused on maintaining the most optimal process. You are the type that sees opportunities to improve and manages to execute on new initiatives. Also, you are structured in your way of working and takes pride in clear and distinct communication at all organizational levels and manages to act as a link between many internal stakeholders.
Additionally, you are highly coordinating, analytical, with the courage to challenge status quo so that the maximum is obtained from the capacity and processes.
About the department Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD, we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products to people living with serious chronic diseases, but we also use our competences in biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
