As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee cross-organization projects and work packages and you will be responsible for initiating, executing, and finalizing projects within our project execution framework. As a member of the team, we will encourage you to contribute to the continuous improvement of our everyday work as well as more tactical initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Leading international project teams of highly skilled engineers and specialists responsible for implementation of highly innovative assembly and packaging lines.
• Driving project teams and working from early development to post-launch phase of new production lines.
• Managing a wide range of stakeholders within Novo Nordisk and externally.
• Be the link between the workgroups, steering groups, project owners, project governance and key stakeholders.
• Report and communicate at various organizational levels.
Originally the position will be located in Greater Copenhagen area and eventually it might change to other facilities in Denmark. The position may occasionally require oversea travel.
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
• A Master’s Degree in business, economics, engineering or similar.
• At least, 5 years of track record experience as a project manager preferably within a regulated industry.
• Broad experience using project tools and project reporting.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Experience driving several projects at the same time and taking a methodical approach to work and tasks.
• Professional proficiency in English. Communicative and collaborative aptitudes are a must in this role. We expect that you can set the direction and drive performance, ensuring quality and speed while being pragmatic. Balancing conflicting inputs by respecting and including others’ opinions viewpoints is essential. You will fit well in our diverse and dynamic team if, as a person, you are enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivating with the ability to work independently. This is a fast-paced working environment, so when the pressure is on, you will ideally be the one in the team who can bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humor to the office. It is important to us that you remain flexible when priorities change while ensuring the short- and long-term motivation of the project teams.

Manufacturing Development is a part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) with a team of over 650 colleagues working together to optimize and develop processes across six global production sites. Our field of work broadly covers the area also known as MSAT (Manufacturing, Science, and Technology). We bring value to our patients by driving innovation for the entire BRD, working with Industry 4.0, new technologies, biotechnology, and developing processes for both existing and future products.
