The position As a Personal Assistant to our SVP, you will be a member of the Global Research Technologies leadership team and will primarily support the SVP with communicative, administrative and practical tasks. With a proactive and service-oriented approach, you will: Provide highly independent administrative support to SVP and management team Operate in collaboration with stakeholders on annual processes, including assistance with tasks related to budget and investments as well as HR annual processes and activities Ensure cross-functional administrative team collaboration ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing in the SVP admin team Act as an Ambassador for SVP and the whole GRT area You will report directly to the SVP and will work on assignments requiring considerable judgement and initiative. Furthermore, you may handle minor projects and carry out data analysis. You will act independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments. In addition, you will have informal supervisory responsibility and train, delegate and review the work of the PA team and other relevant employees. Qualifications As the right person for this role, you identify yourself with the following: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar. IT savvy: You are highly skilled in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint/Think Cell and SAP. Communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English at the business level. As a person, you describe yourself as detail-oriented, enthusiastic and engaged. You are a true people person; you are approachable to all and notice what happens in the organization. You are strong on structure and execution, and you have an eye for delivering high-quality results. You can work independently, prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks and manage your own time effectively.
