The position As project lead for Due Diligence & Integration in Quality, your will lead, coordinate, and manage projects across Novo Nordisk from a quality perspective from pre-deal through integration. You will also take part in establishing best-in-class M&A processes in Quality.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Guide and support the M&A process in Quality
• Ensure a consistent approach for identification and quantification of risks associated with M&A opportunities
• Ensure high quality due diligence recommendations and agreed conclusions on a timely basis
• Provide objective communication to senior management
• Drive integration projects to ensure acquired assets are being integrated efficiently to operate in compliance with Novo Nordisk and health authority requirements You will be reporting to the Director of Due Diligence & Integration in Novo Nordisk Quality, and your workplace will be based in Bagsværd, Denmark, but with moderate travel activity expected.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone that has a strong project manager background within the pharmaceutical industry and holds previous M&A, due diligence and integration experience.
To succeed in this role, you:
• hold a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or other relevant subjects
• have experience in M&A and due diligence preferable pharmaceutical industry
• have successful project management experience from leading cross organisational projects
• are fluent in English
Training and experience within GxP and/or Quality Management System will be seen as an advantage.
On a personal level, you can create an engaging environment and coach your project team members. You hold a proven track record leading projects within a complex, multi-cultural organization and have highly effective communication skills with the confidence and cultural sensitivity to work effectively across a global enterprise. About the department Within Novo Nordisk Quality (NNQ), we work to safeguard that trust, constantly developing and improving our processes so they are robust and ensure highest quality to patients. NNQ is an area with approximately 2,000 employees placed around the globe. We are represented across the value chain and function as proactive business partners with the competencies to make tough decisions based on regulatory requirements, business needs and patient safety.
The Due Diligence & Integration department is a newly established function within NNQ. The department has the responsibility for ensuring Due Diligence evaluation of all Q aspects of asset’s opportunities is performed as well as driving integration projects in Quality from initiation to completion and effectiveness check. You will have the exciting opportunity to take part in building the organisation and structure, as well as shaping the role we take in the M&A phases.
