Your position will be as Office Assistant, and you will be spending your time creating value for our business by supporting the Department Coordinators and your colleagues placed in Denmark. The position is expected to be 25 hours per week and the contract is limited to one year.
During your employment at COWI, you will gain insights into how a large international organization operates in an informal working environment. Not two days will be the same as your tasks will depend on your colleagues and the business needs.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for:

- Assisting the BU Coordinators Team
- Being the point of contact for colleagues
- Updating various documents
- Assisting on smaller project tasks
- Practical task when onboarding new employees or when they are moving around
- Running errands
- handling other ad-hoc tasks
Depending on your qualifications and development in the position you will get more responsibility and can be involved in more complex tasks.

To do well in this position, we believe that you should be a team player, who is self-motivated, structured, well organized, and proactive.
Furthermore, you should:
- Have completed your high school studies
- Be fluent in Danish and have good written and verbal communication skills in English too as many of your colleagues are English speaking
- Have good computer skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office
- Preferably have a driver's license
