The Position As a Senior Programme Analyst, CAPEX Reporting & BI at Novo Nordisk, you will: Be responsible for the Management Performance Reporting and Review process for some of the biggest CAPEX projects in Novo Nordisk.
Analyse complex issues and advice management at strategic and tactical levels of Fill and Finish Expansions.
Continuously develop and improve structures and processes to drive the Management Performance Reporting and Review Process.
Work with a team across the world to coordinate the collection and analysis of complex information and data on a regular basis.
As part of the Global PMO, you will work in the ‘CAPEX Reporting and BI’ team, which is responsible for the Management Performance Reporting and Review process for all organizations in Fill and Finish Expansions. The goal is to drive efficient decision making and facilitate a discussion on issues and actions at the highest levels of management. Business Intelligence solutions are central to this effort, which is to enable efficient and distributed decision-making at all levels. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s within economics or engineering.
More than 5-8 years of experience working in CAPEX projects and PMO functions.
Experience working on the strategic or tactical levels of portfolio or programme organisations.
Solid understanding of CAPEX projects and a strong background in project management.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and control resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
As a person, you possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Furthermore, you have strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
