Job summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Department of Fehmarn Belt Contractors (FBC) is responsible for all personnel involved in the company’s Tunnel Dredging & Reclamation project, which is ultimately forming part of the Fehmarn Belt Tunnel project.
The HR Assistant will take an important part in the HR Department (comprising of 3 employees) in building a new, agile HR unit within an international and dynamic organization.
The HR Assistant performs all administrative duties within the HR Department – from typing up contracts, holiday administration to maintenance and daily tasks related to the HR mailbox and ad hoc HR administrative tasks, e.g. planning and sending out invitations and follow ups for job interviews, pre- and onboarding activities, training activities and also managing the subsequent registration in the systems. The tasks also involve updating lists and records as well as digitizing employee documents in compliance with GDPR.
In addition, the HR Assistant may be requested to support in other personnel logistics processes such as booking of transport and accommodation. There will be routine tasks and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the team.

Required knowledge/experience
Education/certifications:
- Secondary vocational education or equivalent
Experience:
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in a supporting/administrative role
Other requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of English and Danish languages on a professional level (spoken and in writing)
- Advanced skills in ICT Office applications (Office365 and Sharepoint online)
- Precise and accurate and is required to do detailed work for prolonged periods
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision in an international, and multi-discipline environment
