We are looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of the Global Regulatory Affairs, part of the MARS SVP area (Medical, Regulatory and Safety).

About the department
Global Regulatory Affairs is responsible for obtaining regulatory approvals across the Globe and subsequently maintaining these for all medicines and devices in the Novo Nordisk pipeline.

The area is split in seven units, with a total of around 400 employees: approx. 150 employees are located in Bangalore, India and the rest in Søborg, Denmark.

As an Executive Team member, you will support the CVP in close collaboration with the Executive Assistant, HR Partner and Communication Partner.

The position
In the role as a CVP Personal Assistant, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in Global Regulatory Affairs. The primary focus as a Personal Assistant is to support the CVP with scheduling, meetings planning, practical details related to travel, seminar planning, meeting minutes and other ad-hoc tasks. Furthermore, your job tasks will include financial controlling, staffing support, stakeholder management, communication with internal/external vendors etc.

You will be part of the Regulatory Management team and ensure the meetings are successfully planned and key actions captured.

You will have frequent interactions with other assistants throughout the organisation, arranging business meetings as well as being a member of the Personal Assistants Group in MARS. In this role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration and initiatives across the SVP area. You will also chair the administrative group within the Global Regulatory Affairs area, consisting currently of seven assistants and one trainee.

Qualifications
You communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English at business level, and you are highly skilled in MS Office. You are a fast learner and quick to pick up new software skills.

You are flexible and thrive in a fast-changing environment, with frequently changing priorities and handle this with your sense of urgency, structure and overview.

We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic and engaged, delivers high-quality results and possesses a can-do attitude. You are service-minded, enjoy working under tight deadlines and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. You are proactive, plan ahead and master the art of working independently.

You hold the above-mentioned qualifications and you perform your job by using excellent collaboration skills and sense of humour.
