Are you a skilled and experienced personal assistant looking for new challenges in a highly innovative and dynamic environment? You can look forward to a key role with diverse assignments ranging from administrative tasks to independent coordination and follow-up The position As a personal assistant you will primarily support the Vice President (VP) of GRA Labelling and functional area with communicative, administrative, and practical tasks. VP for the Labelling Area is located in Bangalore and have leadership teams at both locations. PA should like working internationally and having daily contact with the VP located in Bangalore. With a proactive and service-oriented approach you will: Manage the day-to-day activities of the VP by setting and monitoring the schedule, booking meetings, organizing the incoming flow of requests and following-up to ensure timely response Preparing for and ensuring effective execution of meetings including taking minutes and follow-up on actions Maintain overview, assist governance coordination and handle presentation materials and pre-reads Support on budgetary inputs, maintaining budgetary overview, data management & review, monthly follow-up and quarterly adjustments Plan events – both small and large scale – in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Be a trusted sparring partner and close collaborator to the VP and Leadership team Assist with recruitment and practical onboarding of new employees Secure governance, compliance and NN Way for the area Play a crucial role in securing an engaging and enjoyable workplace that will continue to attract, retain, and develop curious and bright people Work in close coordination with the other assistants in GRA to ensure cross-functional alignment and be a part of the Global Regulatory Affairs LT PA group Perform ad hoc administrative tasks You will report directly to the VP of GRA Labelling. Furthermore, you will be the go-to person in the area and part of the assistant group in GRA, where you will be engaged in cross-organizational tasks. Desired qualifications: You have several years of experience from a similar position and enjoy solving administrative tasks with great efficiency and sense for detail. Experience from a similar job is an advantage, some experience with project coordination, as is knowledge IT & Finance Systems, including Microsoft Office 365 and SAP. You are looking for ways to improve our processes and ways of working, able to work independently, adaptive, have well-structured approach to tasks and capability of maintaining overview when under pressure. We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic and engaged, delivers high-quality results, and possesses a can-do attitude. Most importantly, you are proactive, enjoy working under tight deadlines and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. As a trusted colleague, the ability to handle matters of confidentiality is a must. You know how to provide great service and thrive in a role as go-to person. You communicate effortlessly both verbally and written in Danish and English at business level. In addition to the above, you perform your job by using excellent collaboration skills, a sense of humour and enjoys working across geographies & cultures About the department You will become part of the RA Labelling area within Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) located in Søborg. RA Labelling in Novo Nordisk is responsible for design, development, and execution of secondary packaging material for all Novo Nordisk products worldwide to improve lives of people with diabetes and other serious chronic diseases.
