We are 350 dedicated colleagues waiting for you to join our area. We need someone who can make sure that our day-to-day routines and meetings run smoothly and who has many ideas to how we can improve our daily administration. About the position
As Personal Assistant you will report directly to the CVP of Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) and support him in all administrative tasks to ensure efficiency in his day-to-day movements. You will be a member of the GRA leadership team and secure a smooth running and coordination of meetings both on- and off-site. Above all, you will work intuitively to ensure the needs of the GRA CVP whilst also working autonomously to provide excellent administrative support. In the position as Personal Assistant, you will be providing executive support, e.g. manage CVP’s time, prioritise meetings and manage CVP’s travel and daily accounts. You will act as office manager and support corporate facilities, IT and colleagues in system related issues. You will manage day-to-day ad hoc tasks and problem-solving, including acting as sparring partner when relevant and needed. Furthermore, you can expect that you will: Be responsible for coordinating internal staff and leadership meetings, liaising with external consultants and stakeholders across departments. Chair the GRA administrative group, supporting alignment on administrative processes and distributing relevant information amongst key stakeholders, i.e., the SUBLCM PA group. Be responsible for keeping GRA documentation, mailboxes, department binder etc. updated. Be GRA point of contact for Business Ethics Committee. Act as cultural role model and contact person for GRA internally in Novo Nordisk. The position is based in Søborg, Denmark and as part of the position you will require global interaction on a daily basis. Qualifications
To be a success in this role, you should have strong organisational and proactive planning skills. You have a good sense of diplomacy whilst still assertive and able to create team spirit. It will be an advantage to have a solid business understanding and a talent for IT-systems and string accounting skills. Lastly, you have vast experience in interacting with key stakeholders, including working with senior management.
On a personal level you are curious, well-organised and a proactive problem solver. You enjoy working across an organisation and interacting with people with different expertise and at different levels. Last but not least you have a healthy sense of humour and you manage to commit yourself at all levels of the organization and take pride in maintaining the confidentiality that is a given in this position. Global Regulatory Affairs is a group of approximately 350 colleagues. Furthermore, we work closely with approximately 240 colleagues working with regulatory tasks in affiliate and regional offices. Global Regulatory Affairs plays an important role in ensuring that all new Novo Nordisk treatments are developed with compliance and the patients in mind. Liaising between relevant authorities and Novo Nordisk stakeholders, Global Regulatory Affairs are involved throughout all phases of product development and roll-out to market world-wide.
