- Executing an independent strategy
Can you secure a continous flow of satisfied customers and a constant growth in turnover and profitability in the wind industry?
Overall responsibility for Southern Europe & South America
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and embedding the regional strategy according to the overall strategy for the company. You will have the full responsibility for generating substantial growth in turnover and results - improving the company's customer focus strategy.
You will have the full commercial responsibility for achieving the budgets closely linked to the overall strategy. Building and developing an organization with high competence levels that meet demands and the overall goals will be a critical part of your job.
Leading a team, you will have the full responsibility for all processes and procedures, including close customer contact. You will be driving sales processes in cooperation with the CCO. Furthermore, you will be selecting relevant projects, handling risk assessments, contractual negotiations, and the successful execution of projects.
Ambitious and experienced manager – creating success and results
With experience from a management position in an international company (Utility, OEM, or in a similar company), you are now ready for new challenges in a company which has experienced a two-digit percentage growth every year for the past decade.
You have project management experience and knowledge of installation work, cranes and support functions, as well as knowledge of work regulations. In your day-to-day work, you have been achieving results through your colleagues, setting budgets and designing follow-up procedures, and communicating at all levels in a cross-functional/cultural organization for several years.
You know what it takes to motivate and develop a strong and high-performing team of managers and specialists. With an analytical mindset, you have good problem-solving skills. You take ownership of your tasks and areas of responsibility. Working in a structured and orderly way, you take and maintain high-quality decisions.

Our client is now looking for a Head of Region located in Madrid. You should expect approximately 80 - 120 travel days per year.
