Turbine Sales Solution

Turbine Sales Solution is part of our Product Management department in Technology organisation. Currently there are 14 engineers and specialists located at our offices in Denmark, Germany and Japan.

Tasks & responsibilities: You will…..

lead, drive and manage the Turbine Sales Solution department ensuring employee motivation, satisfaction and continuous development. You will be a key driver in the cross functional collaboration and liaise with stakeholders across the organisation bridging our Technology and Sales organisation.

You will represent Technology in the bid and contract review meetings with Executive Management and act as delegated authority on behalf of the CTO for approval of technical sales mandate sheet matters.
Reporting to the VP, Head of Product Management you are overall responsible for the execution and monitoring of the department KPIs as well as continuous development of department strategy.

You are overall responsible for the department deliverables and participation in the bidding and contracting phases, which includes delivering high-quality, on-time responses to the turbine related technical parts of tender material, preparation of WTG configuration in relation to sales projects, presentation material used for bid and contract review and finally technical handover of projects after contract signing.

Furthermore you will:

  • Be responsible for resource allocation, task and department prioritisation ensuring that the department’s responsibilities are fulfilled
  • Proactively arrange, drive and conduct stakeholder meetings ensuring cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure continuous development of department business processes and work procedures

    has experience from similar function in the offshore wind industry combined with solid experience working with large industry tenders as well as customer relation experience. You also have experience with contracts (legal aspects, review, negotiations, FIDIC contracts). To succeed in this role you must be an experienced people manager and have experience with being the link and bridging between technical and commercial worlds.

    We expect that you:

  • Are strong and experienced in stakeholder management
  • Have as a minimum a bachelor’s degree within Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Have broad knowledge of wind turbine technology
  • Have strong communications skills also in English
  • Are self-driven with a structured work style
  • Have a project oriented and flexible mind-set with an involving and collaborative style
