Service Digital Transformation Digital Customer Channels

Vestas' Global Service business is continuously growing and has strategic importance. With our corporate strategy "Global leader in Sustainable Energy Solutions" we have set ambitious growth targets for the Service business in the coming years. Achieving such targets requires a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally - and digitalisation is a key element.

You will join an established "Digital Customer Channel" team and be responsible for continually evolving and operationalise the digital product catalogue which is the foundation of our leading e-commerce platform in the sustainable energy industry.

Responsibilities
Vestas aims for the best-in-industry digital customer experience for both customers and sellers on the eCommerce platform, and your key focus is catalogue quality. More specifically your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure that we have the rights standards, taxonomy and structure for our digital catalogue defined
  • Quality improvements of product content, and provide information and structure to our customers facing parts and services
  • Daily operations, including making sure that items in our catalogue are digitally fit for sales and customer-facing exposure
  • Technical onboard products and 3rd party sellers to the catalogue
  • Analyse and define rules for which products to "publish" both to global and local catalogues
  • Be the first point of contact for sellers in case of technical and functional issues (import of offers, products etc.)

Qualifications
On a professional level, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree combined with at least 3 years of experience from a similar position, preferably in an international B2B context
  • Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) experience or similar from product enrichment and catalogue "operations" job
  • Experience with one or more of the following disciplines: eProcurement (i.e. EDI), PIM, eCommerce
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing

Additional information
Your primary work location will be at our office in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark.

Approximately 20-30 days of travel per year is to be expected.
