Sales Global Supply Chain Offshore Transport and Customs
Transport - Offshore & Customs, Global Supply Chain, supports the organisation with a broad range of transport solutions within the transport and customs area. We cover transport of our wind turbine main components from production to pre-assembly sites and all types of general cargo shipments by road, air, sea and rail. We are responsible for transport planning and supporting with transport costs estimates on sales projects and various business cases.

Your primary work location will at our office in Aarhus, Denmark.
Approx. 20 travel days per year is to be expected.

Sales Global Supply Chain Offshore Transport and Customs
Transport - Offshore & Customs, Global Supply Chain, supports the organisation with a broad range of transport solutions within the transport and customs area. We cover transport of our wind turbine main components from production to pre-assembly sites and all types of general cargo shipments by road, air, sea and rail. We are responsible for transport planning and supporting with transport costs estimates on sales projects and various business cases.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and transport project management execution of wind turbine components to pre-assembly sites, supported by the team members within Vessel Operations and the Transport Planning
- Daily involvement with a wide range of project transport related tasks including return shipments of Transport Equipment
- Booking of transport vessels and maintaining a professional partnership with our transport suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Supply transport related deliverables to the individual project management teams
- Drive transport cost calculations and cost optimisations
Qualifications
- You are a professional team-oriented person who keep the overall overview of own tasks at all times
- You hold a relevant education from the shipping and transport industry
- During busy periods, you stay calm and determined
- You are responsible, result-focused and have good communication skills
- You have significant insight within chartering terms and the heavylift/multipurpose vessel market in general
Competencies

- Are solution-oriented and an effective problem-solver
- Understands the importance of service and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Have good process understanding and work in a structured manner
- Have a solid business understanding and keep continuous focus on cost optimizations
