We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional administrative assistant to support members of the Global Procurement Management team with administrative tasks. The role will be based in our Aarhus, DK office (Vestas global HQ) and reports to Head of Global Procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Travel planning and expense reporting
  • Planning and booking of meetings
  • General administrative support

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience from a similar position working with senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience in travel coordination and meeting planning
  • SAP concur experience (desired but not necessary)


Qualifications

  • Understanding of the support function in a global company
  • Well-organised person with good prioritization skills
  • Feels comfortable handling multiple activities at the same time
  • Attention to detail and solid oral and written communication skills
  • Exhibits inclusive and professional communication via phone, e-mail and other channels
  • Robust and positive personality with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
  • Fluency in English and Danish
