Customer & Contract Management is responsible for ensuring a first-class customer experience when receiving services from Vestas Offshore Service, and you will be part of and operate under the Offshore Service organisation in the Vestas NCE Region.
The Offshore Service organisation bears the consolidated P&L responsibility for the region. Here you become part of a dedicated team of 500 colleagues who on a daily basis work on delivering Offshore Services to our trusted customers. This includes everything from strategy work, operational excellence, Health & Safety, technical case handling to delivering the services on the wind turbines offshore from one of our service vessels.

Additional information
Your primary work location will be at our office in Aarhus, DK. A work location in Hamburg, DE or Warrington/London, UK can also be discussed.
Approximately 60 travel days per year is to be expected.

Responsibilities
Head of Customer & Contract Management is responsible for ensuring that the team of Customer Managers and Contract Managers individually and as a team have the competencies required to fulfil the role including meeting the expectations of our customers. Further, your primary responsibilities include:
- Close collaboration with the regional Service Directors and the Director for Offshore Service Support
- Support your team if necessary in specific cases and handle escalations
- Manage the balance between delivering value to our customers while also protecting a healthy business for Vestas
- Maintain and develop the processes relating to the Customer Manager and Contract Manager roles
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:
- Relevant Masters’ degree in Law, Business, Economics or equivalent field combined with a commercial background
- Solid experience from working in a similar position in an international service organisation
- Proven experience with management of highly skilled people and change management
- Good business skills and a customer-focused, solution- and improvement-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
