Do you have the ability to develop and lead an Account Management Department to success? As our new Head of AM you will not only spend your days leading amazing colleagues, you will also lead complex commercial projects to increase growth and maximize value for our accounts and take Delivery Hero to the next level! WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

  • Take overall responsibility for our Account Management department at Delivery Hero, which includes the personnel responsibility for four direct reports (Account Managers and Junior Account Managers) of a total team that is made of around 6 people and growing!

  • Forecast and follow up on KPIs, continuous results reporting and budget management


  • Identify new business opportunities and initiatives and activities that drive growth

  • Develop, implement and iterate sales strategies, routines and pitches to ensure that the company reaches our set revenue targets and to develop the team.

  • Implement commercial strategies. For example, how do we increase growth and maximize value for our accounts

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, both on operational and strategic level


  • Utilize and implement best practices from other Delivery Hero markets in order to drive development in the strategic Account Management area

  • Business Minded/Commercial - You have the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions through business case development

  • Independent/Self-Propelled - You take full ownership for your work by taking your own initiatives and making sure they move forward, forward and forward!

  • Solutions Oriented - Where others just see problems, you also see the solutions. Besides that, you possess an analytical and data driven mindset

  • Results Oriented - If yes, awesome! Reaching results and to work towards high goals is a natural part of your daily work



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in business or similar


  • 4+ years of experience with personnel and individual budget responsibilities from sales or account management

  • You probably have 2+ years experience from a similar role

  • Advanced knowledge within Office (excel, powerpoint)

  • Fluent in Danish and English

  • It will be considered a plus if you have experience from a fast paced environment from start-up/scale-up
