The job
Increasing the business value of HR, and ensuring that People Business Partnering become even more efficient through the implementation of strategic People initiatives as well as functional initiated projects.
You possess an excellent collaborative working style and business acumen enabling you to be the trusted partner to the Executive Vice President of Global Finance & Business Services and Executive Vice President of Global Legal & Compliance. Furthermore you will lead a team of 2-3 HRBPs.
You will be providing support to Line Managers on People processes and deliverables, e.g. recruitment, onboarding, redundancies, salary and incentive processes, training etc. Furthermore, you will become part of a Global network of dedicated HR Professionals with whom you will engage and align on global matters. You will report to the Head of Global People Business Partnering and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. You can expect to travel less than 30 days a year in order to meet with colleagues and partners across LEO affiliates – also applies post COVID-19.

In combination with your strategic understanding and conceptual skills you are capable of turning complicated challenges into smart and practical solutions. You have a well-developed cultural flair, and are seasoned in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders and functions. You transmit your personal enthusiasm to people around you to ensure deliveries according to plans and deadlines. The job

- Set the direction for and lead your team of People Business Partners
- Analyse and define organisational capabilities and translate these into future plans to support organizational development and drive the fulfilment of the LEO strategy and a transformation program called LEAP
- Develop and deploy people strategies and objectives and execute on global concepts, processes and solutions
- Ensure availability and development of necessary leadership, functional and behavioural competencies
- Partner with Line Managers to ensure that the organisational capacity match the business needs - by supporting organisational reviews, ad hoc people assessment, talent identification etc.

Your qualifications
- MSc in human resources, business administration or similar
- Min. 10 years of experience from working in a complex organizational and international setting
- Change Champion – drive change initiatives and actions, by actively using the ADKAR principles to implement the desired changes to the organization. Follow through on local initiatives to ensure sustainability
- Capability builder – map capability strongpoints and inefficiencies from a people & culture aspect.
- Organization and Talent Review - Knowledge of Talent and succession planning practices, ability to identify short-term organizational development needs and execute agreed organizational development actions
