Here, they lead highly complex, cross-disciplinary, multi-site product development programs and ensure successful completion according to GN Hearing requirements. In addition to hands-on project management, they serve as liaisons between the programmes and Senior Management. They demonstrate leadership by serving as role models and mentors, inspiring colleagues to attain goals and pursue excellence on a daily basis.Manage complex, global programmes and stakeholders from a-z
As R&D Programme Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage projects and programs with a high degree of technical complexity. This means that your finest task is to balance needs across the organisation to ensure optimal programme output. You will work closely together with the Product Manager and in close collaboration with the Lead Architect, you will comprise the Programme Leadership, and this threefold partnership is crucial for success in this role.In addition to collaboration with other Programme and Project Managers on a daily basis, you work with technology architects and system engineers to ensure technical and system integration perspectives and delivery focus. In this way, you will create an effective programme structure that executes efficiently, ensuring team alignment of purpose, goals, expectations and individual contributions. At GN Hearing, they work in an agile set-up, in a fast-moving environment and highly dynamic market in constant change.Self-motivated leader with solid experience
They are looking for a strong team player with good communication and cooperation skills, who demonstrates proactivity and self-drive. You are passionate about quality and the use of best practices and methodologies, and your professional integrity guarantees strong stakeholder management, allowing Senior Management to have confidence in execution, progress and deliverables. Furthermore, you have sufficient insight into commercial aspects, to allow for proper consideration of business value in the decision-making process. Since this is a senior role, with extensive responsibilities, it’s expected that you bring at least 5+ years’ experience in programme management of complex systems with a high level of software complexity and a proven track record, preferably from the Medical Device industry.Make your mark on a growing, global organisation on an exciting journey
