Head of Corporate Platforms Topdanmark Life
In the coming years, the main task for Topdanmark Life IT is to secure a smooth transistion from being an integrated part of Topdanmark IT to operating Life IT independently. The main goal is to ensure satisfied customers in the future through establishing a new target environment and all necessary integrations such as netbank etc. Independent operations also implies full compliance responsibility within Group regulations.
The role
Your role will be to head a great team of highly skilled individuals responsible for our Corporate Platforms reporting to our CIO. Corporate platforms involve external platforms such as Cloud platforms and outsourcing operational deliveries, SAP/Finance, Datawarehouse, machine learning and advanced analytics etc. You will be the daily responsible for leading your team, defining roadmaps in tight collaboration with business development and business areas.
You will be accountable and responsible for budgets, vendor management, SLA & KPI follow-up, reporting, ensuring compliance and audit within own domain. The team is not yet fully staffed, as such one for you first tasks will be to recruit and shape you own department.
What we expect from you
As this is a senior position with high level of complexity, we expect you to have years of experience from similar positions, not necessary from Pension but financial industry would be a plus as managing and championing regulatory compliance will be an integrated part of your success. Together with our customer facing colleges, business develop, finance, Backoffice etc. you will plan and build development roadmaps to improve and push our completive advantage.
Your customers are our real customers, as such you will be in close collaboration with our customer facing units to understand requirements and the needs of our customers and colleagues. You will play a critical role in building and integrating Life under the Nordea brand. As a person you are pragmatic and understand differences of interest is a positive thing and as such dealt with through dialog and not emails. You thrive in a fast phase environment where change is the only constant,

Marts 18. 2022 Nordea Life Holding AB acquired 100% of the shares in Topdanmark Liv Holding A/S, as such Topdanmark Life will become integrated into Nordea and operated under the Nordea brand. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and closing is expected in the second half of 2022.
