LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. As Sr. Commercial Affairs Manager, you will be the project lead and pioneer in implementing coherent commercial dermatology strategies.
In the Global Commercial Affairs team, situated in Global Commercial Affairs and Excellence, Global Marketing, you will get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The job
Continued leadership in medical dermatology is dependent on LEO Pharma’s ability to develop and execute coherent commercial strategies across an increasing number of dermatological diseases, geographies, brands and product life cycles. Coherent strategies will furthermore underpin clear decision making, prioritization, objective setting and performance management.
Key tasks
Global responsibility for ensuring an efficient approach and process for commercial strategies and their execution within dermatology as well as across disease areas and brands Creation of robust, holistic and actionable situational analysis as needed for understanding the future dermatology market Project management and collaboration with colleagues across the organization and relevant stakeholders Practical support to ensure progress Hands-on work to close data gaps and leverage intelligence from several sources/methodologies
The role is global and travel must be expected.
Your qualifications
University level degree in economics, marketing or science 10+ years of international pharma experience in a similar/relevant commercial role Experience from developing efficient structures and processes Fast learner with excellent analytical skills Skilled in Excel and project management Concise and convincing communication Fluid written and spoken English
You proactively leverage your professional experience to identify available options and a way forward. You are untiring and comfortable with ambiguity. Your solution-oriented mindset is an inspiration for colleagues around you.

The Global Commercial Affairs team is part of Global Commercial Affairs and Excellence, Global Marketing, You will join a small team of dedicated professionals with the ambition to provide LEO with externally orientated analyses and competitive intelligence. We also hold process responsibility for key disease strategies and the new role will significantly expand team scope in this respect.
