Do you want to develop a controlling setup with preparation of reports and tools for jobcosting analysis and profitability ? Do you bring experience from controlling combined with analyical skills and are you looking to develop the finance department together with the Finance Manager? Controlling, Reporting and Development of Finance and Payroll Procedures As controller your main responsibility will be to establish a functional business controlling with preparation of reports and tools for jobcosting analysis and profitability.
You will review the accuracy, timelines, and completeness of all finance and payroll processes and their outputs.
You will continuosly Improve processes and systems in cooperation with the Finance Manager.
Your main tasks will be:
Controlling Experience from a Production Company As controller you must have experience in business and/or fiancial controlling and have knowledge of working with business intelligence.

You will review the accuracy, timelines, and completeness of all finance and payroll processes and their outputs.
You will continuosly Improve processes and systems in cooperation with the Finance Manager.
Your main tasks will be:
- Production and review of the monthly management accounts in accordance with group requirements and timescales. Including also assistance with quarterly and annual reporting packages to the corporate offices.
- Develop reports and tools to monitor job costing standards, shopfloor performance and profitability, and take action based on findings, including review of pre and post job costings and communicating shortfalls against expectations.
- Monitor and review departmental costs and performance against agreed plans and budgets, taking action to correct any negative variances.
- Be involved in implementation a new ERP system and ensure ongoing improvement and development of the system to achieve accurate reports and data.
- Production of statutory accounts and other documentation for the legal entities as directed by group.
Controlling Experience from a Production Company As controller you must have experience in business and/or fiancial controlling and have knowledge of working with business intelligence.
The ideal candidate has:
- A degree within finance, HD (R), cand.merc.aud or similar.
- Experience in controlling and good skills in analysing of big data.
- Experience in working in a process production environment with strict, time-pressured deadlines.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Experience in financial reporting and up to date on BI tools.
- High degree of integrity and orderliness.
- Good communication skills in Danish and English
- Profound exereince with Microsoft office and you experience in relevant ERP systems.
