Do you have a modern HR approach and can you build and develop the HR environment?

In this position you own all facets of HR in support of the strategic direction for Amphenol Procom and the overall execution hereof.

For the local Danish and German organizations (app. 200/6 employees) we are now looking to hire an experienced HR professional in order to carry out local HR actions from the overall HR strategy. You report directly to the Danish Site Manager and will be part of the team of mid-managers. You will work closely with Danish and German colleagues acquiring and rolling out best practices for the Danish/German entities.

You are responsible for organizational design and change management for assigned areas ad advocate and champion organizational values and company culture. The values being: One team, Customer focus, Reliability and Continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Implement and ensure business-focused HR practices/policies/initiatives (talent and performance management, compensation & benefits, work wellbeing etc.) according to the company standards and statutory plans.
  • Drive and manage HR related projects, e.g. employee surveys, online-training etc.
  • Continuous follow-ups on statistics and KPI’s on country levels.
  • HR administration e.g. coordination with external payroll provider, control of employment contracts, salary statements etc.
  • Contribute in building a winning company culture in strong collaboration with local management.

You will succeed as our Head of People and Culture if you have


  • 5+ years generalist experience from HR, background from a matrix organization is a plus.
  • Preferred a business/university degree in HR, law, psychology or post-graduate in HR or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of the Danish labor law practices.
  • Facilitation and coaching skills and the ability to adapt to different situations.
  • A positive attitude and ability to foster collaboration.
  • Personal and professional integrity.
  • A hands-on and strong do’er-mentality.
  • A problem-solving mindset with an analytical view on HR-topics.
  • Fluency in Danish and English. German proficiency is an asset but not a must.
  • Highly computer literate (especially Excel and Powerpoint)

You should expect to travel 1-2 days to the German office every quarter.
