As Head of People Program Office in Group HR function, you will be a key player in enabling the success of key projects in the Group strategy supporting our 10.000+ colleagues worldwide. The successful candidate will join a diverse and international group of HR colleagues in an international working environment within the People Program office. We are a mission-based team focusing on delivering business-relevant and valued people solutions.

Your base of operations will be from Headquarters in Gentofte, Denmark, and report directly to our CHRO, Hanne Berg

As our Head of People Program Office, you will get a great opportunity to undertake a key role in our Group HR function. Working closely with HR professionals across the globe and our Group’s leadership while assisting in further developing the HR function. What you can expect in, as our Head of People Program Office:

You will lead our growing In-house people consultancy team within change management, HR development and internal communication. Furthermore, you will take on the thought leader (capability) ownership of change management across the Group.

Also, as our Head of People Program Office, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders across geographies and functions.
  • Owning the change management capability journey, methodology and tools globally
  • Deploying change management into transformational STG projects worldwide.
  • Map and prioritize activities to ensure successful implementation of the HR Strategy
  • Planning and deploying resources to strategic important HR strategy agendas
  • Maturing a roadmap and implementing new standards for internal and change communications globally

You will naturally be supported by and lead a team of specialists within the core segments of the services provided by the People Program Office, which is HRD specialists, Change specialists and Communications specialist.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in building, leading, and driving a transformation agenda in a global context with senior stakeholders across critical group projects. In addition, we are looking for the following experience:

  • Experience working with big transformation projects and program management in an international context
  • Experience with change leadership, capability building and communication
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a matrix environment and understanding a business model founded on global end-2-end processes enabling leadership style to lead a highly skilled and self-driven team
  • Strong business acumen to engage and meet stakeholders in their reality
  • Strong interpersonal and groupwide communication skills
  • Experience with agile ways of working combined with a structured approach that will deliver an embedded change culture Senior presence and confidence, ability to enable and challenge stakeholders constructively
  • You are able to prioritize and deliver on a wide range of deliverables simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office programs
  • You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken
