Step into a global property team
Join our Transaction team at DSV Group Property in Hedehusene, Denmark. Here, you will be greeted by 20 colleagues. Two of us are working in the Transaction team like you, and four of us are real estate and construction law legal advisers based in Poland and Germany.
DSV Group Property supports the entire DSV Group within real estate and manages our portfolio of more than 1,700 properties spread across more than 90 countries. We handle property transactions, project and property development and everything in between. And as our department is growing rapidly, your opportunities are many.
Contribute to the development of our property portfolio
Working independently and globally, your primary task will be to work strategically with our property portfolio and manage business transactions all over the world. Specifically, you will:
• Manage property transactions from A to Z, including sale and leaseback transactions
• Develop road maps, analyses and business cases related to our property portfolio
• Manage leases and advise other countries on lease agreements
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as potential buyers, investors, legal advisers, directors, etc.
• Travel 10-15 days a year to different sites all over the world
Self-determined with property transaction experience
Your approach to your work is characterised by independence and a motivation to achieve results and get to the finish line – also when you have to wait patiently for it. And you are ready to become part of a large company that is successful and wants to remain so.
• You bring an educational background within property management, finance or law, e.g. an MSc in Business Administration with a specialisation in property asset management or similar
• You have some experience with property transactions, e.g. sale and lease back transactions
• You have good IT skills in Microsoft systems
• You speak and write English fluently – any other language is an advantage
