Join Operational Insight – we enable fact-based decision-making
Based out of our HQ in Hedehusene, you will be heading the newly established Operational Insight team, which is part of Global IT. The team’s purpose is to centralise DSV’s business intelligence and reporting needs, with the mission to enable fact-based decision-making and provide transparency and visibility in the Global IT organisation.
The team itself is still being built, which means that you will have ample opportunity to impact the direction of the function, ensuring innovative and effective ways to meet the needs of the organisation.

This only emphasises the importance we are placing upon data and reporting within DSV. It also means that you will be part of a dynamic and growing area,” says Director Jakob Heegaard.
Ensure transparency while developing and leading specialists
As our new manager, you will step into an exciting role with a lot of responsibility. Primarily, you will be managing the growing team of reporting specialists located in Denmark and Poland.
Further, you will build and develop stakeholder relationships across Global IT on both a strategic and operational level to identify relevant business needs.

You will thrive in this role if you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are motivated to use your knowledge to step into somewhat unchartered territory in order to optimise operational excellence within DSV.

- Set the agenda for our local reporting standards
- Mature the data foundation required for our reporting
- Manage the professional development of our reporting specialists
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and trusted BI products

- Have an advanced degree within data science, computer science, business, communications or similar
- Bring management experience from a KPI/reporting function in a large company or role in a leading consultancy
- Have experience with establishing and maintaining governance frameworks in relation to data management
- Have a technical mindset that can manage the data life cycle from source to publication
- Hold excellent stakeholder management skills
