Do you understand the ins and outs of IT integrations, data flows and connectivity? And would you like to set the standard for the future exchange of data between DSV and our customers – playing a key role in one of our largest transformation projects?

A team of DSV Integrations & data exchange experts

Joining the DSV Road division and our Business Change Management department, you become part of the Customers & Partners team. Based at our HQ in Hedehusene, the team is responsible for the processes relating to our data exchange with our customers and partners.

We work with colleagues across Europe and welcome you to a dynamic and informal work environment. Currently, we are undertaking one of the largest transformation projects within DSV as we endeavour to restructure our business and standardise and optimise the way information flows between us and our customers and partners.

Support the roll-out of standardised integrations

As our new business change manager, you will support the roll-out of our new standardised way of integrating customers who use our road transportation services. You will also maintain the technical overview of our integration methods and principles.

Thus, using your understanding of the technical aspects of customer integration, you will take a holistic view of our current integration landscape, analyse customers, pin-point standards and ensure our new DSV set-up is viable and future proof. Therefore, you can look forward to working closely with customers as well as colleagues in our IT organisation, who will handle the actual technical integration work.

More specifically, your key task include:

  • Setting the standards for new integration and defining the road maps to be achieved across the Road division
  • Building and maintaining the technical overview of our main applications and system integrations
  • Participating in solving of technical challenges on existing integrations both internally and externally
  • Supporting the local business in ensuring a smooth migration of customers and partners as part of our ambitious standardisation strategy
  • Driving and leading the implementation of best practices across the entire IT Integration platform

A solid grasp on integrations

You understand IT integrations and know how to make them accommodate both customer needs and our need for standardisation. Always striving to see the bigger picture, you face the task head on and do not shy away from speaking your mind.

You are good at building relations and managing stakeholders, and your enthusiasm for project initiatives is infectious.

In addition, we imagine that you:

  • Have great analytical skills
  • Know your way around IT integrations involving EDI and API
  • Are experienced with IT contract management
  • Ideally have experiences from the transportation and/or logistics industry, though this is not a requirement
  • Speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a prerequisite
