Portfolio management with a twist
Your tasks will in many ways be that of a classic portfolio manager, as you will:
However, your role will also have the interesting angle of getting to define those very portfolios and projects in close collaboration with the directors of the various delivery areas.
As such, you will enjoy great variation in your work, focusing on everything from automation and IT security to mergers and acquisitions and the full stack of IT and OT services, such as warehouse management.

As our IT portfolio manager, you will also have a loud voice in your collaboration with the directors and the CIO of DSV Solutions, who is eager to empower you to take certain decisions together with the management team.

Portfolio management with a twist
Your tasks will in many ways be that of a classic portfolio manager, as you will:
- Create a holistic overview of portfolios, projects, budgets, etc.
- Explore company needs and opportunities for value capturing
- Manage and prioritise between incoming and new project requests and facilitate standard project governance
- Detect and resolve cross-project risks and potential resource issues
- Manage communication towards and from the organisation around the project portfolio
- Ensure standardisation of overviews, dashboards, and documentation across portfolios
However, your role will also have the interesting angle of getting to define those very portfolios and projects in close collaboration with the directors of the various delivery areas.
As such, you will enjoy great variation in your work, focusing on everything from automation and IT security to mergers and acquisitions and the full stack of IT and OT services, such as warehouse management.

Apart from that, we are very open in terms of what your background may be – no specific titles or degrees are necessary, as long as you have:
- Experience with a similar type of role that demands excellent knowledge of stakeholder, project and business management – we imagine it could be as a project manager, business partner or similar
- Sound technological knowledge, not at coding level, but enough to understand our systems and analyse them to identify key issues and formulate conclusions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, as you will often collaborate with colleagues across borders and even travel approx. 25 days per year
