Group PMO brings it all together
Group PMO is a highly professional team of +70 colleagues working to deliver high impact project for DSV’s global organization. Project managers work across functions and geographies with frequent management exposure.
The project portfolio spans from customer-oriented projects within our three business divisions to finance, HR, Compliance and IT projects.
You will be a part of the Group PMO community, that is truly international and highly diverse. We are 21 nationalities, aged between 28 and 65yrs with a 50/50 split between female/male and a flat management culture. This year we also mark the 10 years anniversary of Group PMO in DSV.
As our new project manager, you have the overall responsibility for the day-to-day project management, working according to the PMO Methodology based on PRINCE2.
This means that you will:
While managing our projects in group PMO, you will lead and interact with many colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation. This could include top management, business stakeholders, IT staff, architects and supporters.
We’re looking for an experienced project manager with strong communication skills
As a person, you are independent and know how to communicate and collaborate in order to achieve the defined business objectives. You can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management and specialist level.

- Plan and follow-up on assigned projects according to the defined methodology in DSV Group PMO - including time scheduling, cost plans, resource management, quality assurance etc.
- Report to the project stakeholders according to defined structures - project team, board, executive and other relevant stakeholders.
While managing our projects in group PMO, you will lead and interact with many colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation. This could include top management, business stakeholders, IT staff, architects and supporters.
We’re looking for an experienced project manager with strong communication skills
As a person, you are independent and know how to communicate and collaborate in order to achieve the defined business objectives. You can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management and specialist level.
In addition, it’s preferred that you have:
- +5 years of project management experience with medium/large corporate projects
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Prince2 certification (Foundation and/or Practitioner)
- Experience working with agile methodologies is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal corporate English language skills (English is the DSV corporate language)
