You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department (BCM) that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the motivation to implement successful change. While we are based in Denmark, we have colleagues in Sweden, Spain, and the Netherlands.
Specifically, you will be joining the Implementation team, where we will focus on implementing key strategic projects in DSV Road, focusing on our new Transport Management System, along with its supporting systems.

Contribute to the implementation of strategic projects in DSV Road
As our new Business Change Manager, you will play a leading role in supporting our global business processes and implementing our new Transport Management System with new tools and processes. We offer a flexible role with great responsibility and as a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting the 34 European sections of DSV Road. More specifically, you will:
Ideally, you will be based at our HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen. However, if necessary, you may choose to work out of one of our other European offices. As all our projects are international, you can expect around 30-70 days of international travel per year.
Structured Business Change Manager with great, informal change leadership experience
Since process thinking and implementation is a big part of the role, operational or financial experience within the industry is considered a big advantage. As a team player, you know how to collaborate to achieve the defined business objectives, but you also thrive working independently.
You can tackle resistance, stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management- and specialist-level. Equally important, you can sell the message and know how to get people to follow you.

Contribute to the implementation of strategic projects in DSV Road
As our new Business Change Manager, you will play a leading role in supporting our global business processes and implementing our new Transport Management System with new tools and processes. - Support the implementation of DSV Road new Transport management systems and other global supporting systems in our enterprise setup.
- You will be training local Key Users around Europe in our Masterdata, processes and systems.
- Execute on our Change Management framework, to drive change across Europe.
- Conduct and facilitate workshops in relation to our implementations
- Take part of supporting our operations onsite when the implementation takes place.

- Have experience with implementing global processes and/or IT systems.
- Have experience with and feel comfortable in training, presenting, and communicating in front of a bigger audience.
- Have knowledge of change management and stakeholder management e.g., Prosci/ADKAR
- Have experience with road freight, warehousing and/or operational settlement.
- Have effective communication skills and can tackle resistance.
- Speak and write English fluently.
