Join our IT Governance team
Within our large IT Organization, CIO Office, you will find your new IT Governance team. You’ll join a fantastic team, formed by enthusiastic, active and cooperative colleagues, and you will work with them to take our Change Management process to the next level. As of now, we are 3 experienced colleagues based in Poland and Denmark in charge of quality control on all our global IT change processes. Moreover, we train global IT users and evaluate the risk of IT Changes. You will physically be located in our beautiful DSV office in Hedehusene Denmark.
About this Opportunity
Welcome to the IT Change Management team. We add value by enabling efficient and scalable change management operations for the vast majority of IT initiatives in DSV. As an IT Change Manager, you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring that DSV is able to deliver changes quickly and in compliance. As our new Change Manager, you will work with all tiers in DSV, ranging from support teams to management.

We are looking for an outgoing colleague with great communication skills who can create engagement among stakeholders and build great relationships as we remain a service function to the IT organization. In a large, complex set-up, it is important that you can stand your ground, speak your mind, and use your experience to create collaboration and drive change.

About this Opportunity
Welcome to the IT Change Management team. We add value by enabling efficient and scalable change management operations for the vast majority of IT initiatives in DSV. As an IT Change Manager, you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring that DSV is able to deliver changes quickly and in compliance. As our new Change Manager, you will work with all tiers in DSV, ranging from support teams to management.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the Change Approval process and ensuring IT environment change and transformation are managed in alignment with ITIL change management best practices.
- Validating Change Requests based on DSV processes and governance
- Risk assessment and quality assessment on changes to ensure they are under compliance of change process during implementation.
- Planning, hosting and participating in weekly Change Advisory Board meetings
- Updating changes processes and procedures to strive to continue improvements
- Assisting IT colleagues to ensure installation guides and deployment steps are well described, from change management’s perspective
- Working together with DSV Major Incident Management and Problem Management teams to ensure stable operation
- Assessing post-implementation reviews on change tickets on a daily basis
- Training new colleagues in change management processes
- Participate in our yearly audit of change management
- Assisting teams in planning Service windows
- Help with analysing and continuously improving our current change process
IT Change manager with ITIL experience
We are looking for an outgoing colleague with great communication skills who can create engagement among stakeholders and build great relationships as we remain a service function to the IT organization. In a large, complex set-up, it is important that you can stand your ground, speak your mind, and use your experience to create collaboration and drive change.
Moreover, you:
- Have some years of experience with change management and ITIL or similar IT methodologies – preferably with a certification
- Have solid experience working with and implementing change processes
- Have strong visual skills in PowerPoint and similar visualization tools to present your recommendations and findings
- Have Service-mind oriented, willing to step-in and stand your ground when challenged, and able to communicate your views clearly.
- Having knowledge and experience of Agile and SAFe is a bonus but not mandatory
- Are fluent in English
